This lovely villa is located just one hundred metres from the sea in one of the most beautiful western Sicilian coasts. It skirts Lo Zingaro Nature Reserve which has the best unspoilt beaches in Sicily with its wonderful crystal-clear waters – irresistible for swimming! The villa is built on two two floors: the first floor has a breath-taking view towards the horizon, the ground floor is surrounded by a luxuriant vegetation, similar to the one of Lo Zingaro Nature Reserve. The villa has a bright and cheerful kitchen/living room; furnishings are simple but comfortable at the same time. The villa has two bedrooms as well – a double and a twin. The bathroom has a shower. The outside of the ground floor is occasionally used by the owner but this won’t disturb the guests because there is a separate entrance. The pool is 4metres x 10metres and is for the exclusive use of the guests staying in the villa.
