Cuore Residence is a peaceful oasis located in Floridia and bordered by groves of mandarin, orange and lemon trees, 1 Km from the town centre and about 10 Km from Syracuse. Cuore di Palme can accommodate a total of 19 people, with its 5 flats. The structure, in white Mediterranean style, is surrounded by palms with a beautiful swimming-pool. In this webpage we talk about the apartment Terrace, for 3 persons. It is in the 1st floor of the main house, so in the property where the pool is. The main difference with the other apartments is the major privacy, because the "Terrace" has a wide external area all around the apartment which is accesible only by its guests. It's a studio, with a sharing wall between the "day area" and the "night area". In the kitchen you find some forniture of the ancien aristocratics from Syracuse, in this area there is a comfortable single bed for the 3rd sleep. In the other part a wide double bed, guardrobe, and the bathroom is with shower.
