There is an old-style stone oven (for bread and pizza), stove, oven, fridge, exit onto the garden (external staircase at the back of the house). At front of the house there is an outdoor area with table, chairs and deck chairs. Parking within the grounds. The house is furnished in typical Tuscan country style – terracotta tiled floors, visible stones in the walls and some old style pieces of furniture. The owner has horses and occasionally, on request, he will be happy to take guests for a ride in the big fields of beautiful Tuscany (usually in the late afternoon).There is also the possibility to take part in farm life and pick grapes in the property’s vineyards (4 hectares). The house benefits from a big garden with lawns and lovely views onto the surrounding hills. The swimming pool is 5.50 x 2.80 m, 1.20 deep). Next to the swimming pool there is an outdoor room with gym equipment (exercise bike and bench) to be used also as changing room. In the area near the swimming pool there is also an outdoor shower.
